Mrs. Quaglio has over 15 years in the grocery and bakery industries. Following the completion of a Program in Management and Retail with Carrefour, Caroline spent eight years as owner and general manager of a Carrefour Supermarket in France where she was responsible for significant innovation in the bakery and deli departments. Caroline went on to subsequently found the successful Pinwheel French Café & Bakery in Torrance, CA during 2017, leading the introduction of new French dishes over the years and growing both sales and staff. Caroline is an expert in retail management and bakery operations, and brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and business experience to Quiche 4 All.
